Second Wave
Prof. Dr. Silvia Schöneburg-Lehnert from the University of Leipzig and Prof. Dr. Felix Otto from the Max Planck Institute for Natural Sciences consider the phenomenon of the so-called "second wave" from a mathematical perspective. It shows how changes in behavior slow down the number of infected people and how this ultimately leads to a second wave.
