Humanity is steering right into its biggest crisis yet. We are already witnessing the beginning of an environmental change as severe as past extinction events. But still the public discourse remains rather quiet and combined with the restrictions of a global pandemic the discrepancy between the severity of the problem and how little space it’s countermeasures get in the political conversation can be incredibly frustrating.

But we also know there are many who deeply care about their future and have something to say about it. Thats why we want to assemble filmmakers worldwide to show their perspective on climate change and its consequenses. We believe in the social impact of movies and besides unifying and awarding like minded people all around the world, we hope to give the abstract threat we are facing the emotional weight it desperately needs to inspire change!
