Health And Small Islands In A Changing Environment
Fiji is the first Small Island Developing State to preside over the annual round of ongoing United Nations climate negotiations, taking place in Bonn, Germany in November, 2017. The Fiji Islands are at high risk of climate change impacts and are easily affected by natural disasters. This has impacted the health of the population directly through injuries, agricultural changes, access to food and water, and stresses on healthcare systems and more.
