China’s New White Paper On Responding To Climate Change

China released a "White Paper on Responding to Climate Change: China's Policies and Actions" on Wednesday.  The paper said that the international community needs to respond with updated ambition and action while facing this unprecedented challenge of global climate governance. Has China delivered its promises by 2021 accordingly? What can the world do in the face of this imminent threat?
