The more cars we buy in pursuit of freedom, the worse they jam up our streets. And unlike the auto companies’ fancy advertisements, diesel, gasoline, and hybrid cars release pollutants that harm our health and the climate. City pollution will continue to strike back. We have the power to challenge the current fossil fuel-addicted transportation system and demand governments and corporations to give up their old ways of mobility and build a system that is renewable-powered, shared, and accessible.
