Carbon Recycling – Manufacturing renewable methanol from CO2
As the world wakes up to the climate change crisis, scientists are looking for ways to cool our world. Part of the problem is our reliance on fossil fuels - transport accounts for 25% of global CO2 emissions. RAZOR’s Emma Keeling is in Iceland to visit Carbon Recycling International who are converting CO2 into renewable methanol for fuel applications, greener chemicals and other products. At scale, this has the potential to create a circular carbon economy.
